Don't care attitude does not work with customers

I have a contract phone with Mobi Warehouse, the phone started giving me problems 4 days after it was delivered, i reported it to Prince Jacobs, the phone was taken 7 days ago for repairs, it says on the contract that it will be returned within 7 working days, today is the 7th working day and i followed up with Price and he did not get back to me, i sent him another email a few minutes ago and he sends me a no and tells me to follow up with Vodacare, i find this annoying and incompetent of him as i took the phone with mobi warehouse and pay them for a phone that i dont have right now and when i want feedback from him for not delivering the service within the turn around time that i was given he gives me an attitude. they deducted their money yesterday but i am seating without a phone and he makes me feel like i amnagging him when i follow up, this is not good, it's bad enough that i went for the whole week, is it too much to ask for my phone back after a week? if Vodacare cant fix the problem on a few phone, why cant it be replaced?
