Disgraceful

Recently upgreaded my contract with Wade..it was for an iphone 5 (16GB) on the 16 November 2013..was told that the phone was out of stock and I would receive it in a couple of days..its been 3 weeks later and still nothing. None of the managers answer their phones and the service is pathetic!! Please assist..Hope to receive my phone Soon!
