I RECENTLY UPGRADED MY CONTRACT. I APPROACHED THE AUTOPAGE BRANCH ON 7/11/13 AND ASKED THE CONSULTANT TO ADVISE ME REGARDING LOADING OF DATA ETC . HE DID EXPLAIN BUT WAS CLEARLY NOT SURE OF HIS FACTS, I LOADED 100 MEGS THEN ANOTHER 500 THE NEXT DAY . I WAS MADE TO CANCEL THE 100 TO ACTIVATE THE 500. I WAS NOT TOLD THAT DATA NOT USED WOULD BE FORFEITED OR ABT PROPER USAGE OF BUNDLES. ON 2 DEC 2013 I APPLIED FOR 100 MEGS AND TO DATE 5 DEC ITS STILL NOT LOADED ON MY PHNE. I HAVE BEEN GIVEN TWO REF NOS FROM AUTOPAGE 315798 A1312047604. NOBODY HAS BOTHERED TO CALL ME AND ALL IM BEING TOLD IS THAT THE REQUEST IS PENDING . I AM APPALED AT THE SERVICE OF THE CONSULTANT FROM AUTOPAGE AND CELL C AS WELL. I AM AS A RESULT PAYING MORE RIGHT NOW TO USE MY PHNE IN THE ABSENCE OF DATA. I WANT THIS RECTIFIED IMMEDIATELY AND THE RELEVANT PERSONS TAKEN TO TASK.
