Waiting 3 weeks now for telkom to fix my line

My ADSL line is broken and needs to be fixed. It's been 3 weeks now without internet and I'm starting to get frustrated. There was a guy there from Telkom, but they may as well have sent a plumber. This guy didn't know what he was doing. I then got an SMS last week saying that somebody would be coming to fix my line before the 4th 16:00 but nobody showed up. There is also no way to check when they will show up on there website, it just says pending.
