Bad service in Call centre / MTN

Why does MTN advertise a promotion (Bonus Data Bundle) and then not give it with the contract. I have been trying to get MTN to give me my bonus data bundle since 14th November (21 days ago) to no avail. I have 12 reference numbers and every time I phone I am told it will be sorted out between 2-24 hours.
What a joke. No one wants to take responsibility or sort out my issue.
