I lost a phone that is insured with 24 hour mobility and I laid a claim filling all the necessary document and led to believe that it is a 3 days process and it's been 3months now going back and forth to mtn stellenbosch I don't even get answers as to why it is taking long.the consultants are rude, one I talked to recently told me that the insurance have not received the claim.it is really confusing someone is not doing his job.mtn this is not the way to go come on I'm a customer not a piece of gabbage
