Still waiting after 5 weeks for my phone

After sending my phone it to have it fixed, I got a message stating that my handset was replaced, only to find it was not and the phone still did not work. I handed it back to the store, who took a week to book it in, and now I am waiting again to find out what is going on. Emailed customer service for an explanation, and only received the automated reply, but no other reply from the company. We as customers are only important when we pump money daily into the pockets of these big companies, but when we have a problem, all of a sudden we are not important anymore. What can we do, nothing, because it is a poor individual against a big, strong company. I am very disappointed with the service I am receiving from Cell C.
