Poor service

Having handed my LG handset in for repairs nearly 3 weeks ago, I got the call to go and fetch it today. Apparently the phone could not be fixed and a new handset was issued to me. I arrived at the shop, only to find my old phone, with its screen cover and memory card still intact, and it still doesn't work. The only thing that changed is that the phone has a new IMEI number. The original problem was that the phone did not want to switch on, and it still doesn't. Having read all the horror stories about bad service on hellopeter, I hoped my experience would be different, only to be disappointed by a company I have been supporting for 9 years.
