MTN staff do not care

I waited half an hour at MTN Table View for a prepaid sim and some prepaid air time. The man helping me left me standing in a queue while he smoked a cigarette (I could smell it on him when he came back) and all staff were rude and unfriendly. I gave up and left, explaining I couldn't wait any longer for nothing to happen, to blank stares from all.
