NO feedback and overbilling

For the last 3 months I have received extremely high cell phone bills. It is impossible to get anywhere phoning MTN. It took almost 2 and a half months to establish that they would pass a credit for R1800 for incorrect data charges - no apology, no refund, no feedback. Only to receive my next bill of over a R1000 again. The history of my billing has been between R500 - R700 and I requested itemized billing so that I could see what was going on. That is also not forthcoming. I sent a complaint through to their customer services centre and three days later, I have heard nothing.
I believe MNT has more than R3000 of my money - how do I get it back.
