Well like i explained to cell c before, and no one has contacted me i am thee one that is keep contacting cell c, about my Samsung S4, I'm getting NO joy with this service if this problem is not resolved please cancel this contract I'm really getting annoyed with such lame excuses the phone is under 6months, i called up repair Centre and they advised me that they don't do loan handset and this kind of excuses is totally un -acceptable, any further debits on my account will be reversed until resolved,
If the issue does not get resolved i will be taking Cell C CEO to small claims courts which i am allowed to do within South Africa, I AM NOT BOOKING IN THE DEVICe WITHOUT and exchange device given to me cause cell c customer care
