Well as per my previous problems with Cell c and their passing the buck game, I am still having problems with my under 6months Samsung S4, CELL Says they have no right to swop out the unit for sealed one under like i said again under 6month CPA, i personally called Samsung yesterday on a voice recorded call and spoke to them and they advised me i ma liable for a brand new sealed unit cause i fall under the 6month CPA BUT CELL C REFUSES TO DO THAT SO WHOM EVER IS RESPONDING I WANT THIS CONTRACT CANCELLED IF YOU GUYS CANNOT EXCHANGE THE UNIT FOR A SEALED ONE FOLLOW THE CPA OR PACK YOUR BAGS AND GO HOME SERIOUSLY CELL C IS THE WORST HORRIBLE NETWORK EVER AND THEIR CUSTOMER CARE
