Unlawful debit order STILL taken

Ok so now this is the 2nd complaint I am lodging regarding a matter that STILL has not been resolved due to the incompetent staff at Altech Autopage.
I requested my contracts to be cancelled 2 months ago and no further debit order to be taken from my account. I took two contracts back then when they had the R99pm for the Blackberry special (but still debited my account about R400 ANYWAY) and it expired now and I requested the cancellation.
For two months now they have still been debiting my account and when I started to ask question it was found that they conveniently only cancelled the one contract and not both as per my request!! I have had it now and battle to see how a simple request like this can be so difficult to resolve I mean really now get your act together people!!! I would like my money back into my account which has been taken WITHOUT MY CONSENT or I would have no other choice but to take this matter further.
Hopefully someone can get this sorted out once and for all!!
