FALSE INFO GIVEN TO SIGN WRONG CONTRACT

I've requested my daughters contract to be terminated and moved to her name. I went in during Sept'12, Janien assisted and informed me that I must come back Oct as my daughter's contract will only then expire. I went in Oct, with my daughter, and was given a set of documents. I've asked Janien 2-3 times is this the correct document to terminate my daughter on my acc, she responded YES. My daughter was handed a set of doc's aswell, to complete at home, and bring it back to MTN. I left the store with the assurance that my daughter will have her own account. I received my next bill, and the number was still on my acc. I went to the store, and obviously, miss vd Sandt, had a super attitude regarding the story. I took it up with her supervisor.. but to no avail. It insisted to spead to the area manager, Anien van Eeden. She kept on saying that it was a error on Janien's side, but I have to pay as I've signed an Upgrade and not a move...??? I requested to speak to Aniens' Manager, but was informed they are not allowed to give his nr. An upgrade was given to my daughter last year BEFORE her appl was approved - application was denied...!!! Now, MTN said they are not liable.
