Returned faulty phone

MTN. you are shocking!

I sit without a phone for 5 weeks. While HTC try to repair it. It fails the QA twice and they still sent me this rubbish HTC which has no reception where before it had plenty! How pathetic! I want a new phone!
Coz if your accredited phone suppliers cannot cannot fix it right the second time they certainly not gonna get it right the third time.
