Phone failure within two weeks taken as normal!!

I have purchased a cell phone (iPhone 5) and within two weeks the phone would'nt come on.

I was then told that this phone will take 30 days to repair. So in a nutshell, I buy a brand new phone, it is amongst the best in the cell phone range, it then fails and this is seen as normal. It does not make sense to me that now I would have a repaired phone due to a factory fault. Furthermore it takes 30 days to repair and in that time I am still paying for something I dont have. furthermore this has caused major interuptions regarding my day to day activity. I request a new phone be delivered to me immediately...

I have recieved no apology and no feedback as to where is my phone and what is the status.

This must be described as the most pathetic service and it is shocking that this is from ''what I understand as a top of the range product/company''.
