False Advertising To Get People into 2 Year Deals

I was contacted on the 22nd of Oct by Teveshan to renew my contract and ended up changing my contract to a more expensive one in order to get the phone I wanted, I was constantly called to make the deal official and was promised (in writing) that if I take the deal, I would receive the HBO (R278) and the Renewal Fee (R100) for free. I agreed to this and was further told that I would be double billed (R322-old contract and R399-new contract) on the 01/11/13, which I never was, instead, I was charged R422? I was charged a value added service I never asked for??? Teveshan would not call me back as I requested a few times over email telling me to contact the accounts department. I never got refunded, then I received a statement for the 01/12/13 for R1076.00 on the 25th, I have been trying to contact customer services and have spoken to 2 people, no one has gotten back to me even though I explained that I want it sorted out before it get debited on the 01/12/13. On Sunday R966.71 was debited??? What is going on??? I want my money refunded into my bank account, not credited to my virgin mobile account. If this is not sorted out I will be cancelling my contract.
