I can upgrade today. I completed all the forms yesterday and they confirmed that there were stock of the Samsung note 3 phones. Today when I got there there was a problem with stock or something. I nearly blew it. The manager took over and organised a phone. SOLI (Technical guy) transfer my info to my new phone. Just didn't mention that I needed a slim Sim card. Service was friendly even after I threw my toys. Thanks to Paul as well.
