They cant fix a thing!!!

Well after all the escalations guess what my ADSL line still disconnects as soon as there is any bad weather and then you have the audacity to call me and offer me a contract cell phone but for 2 years you have not fixed my ADSL, I think you know exactly where you can shove anything you offer me!!! one day Neotel will have a 4mb and the you can all go to till then i will carry on logging calls until a manger sees it and one of you loose your job!
