Brian, you told me that you would take care of this. According to my records, the payment has been made, and you acknowledged this and saw that your company indeed has billed me but not allocated the money to my account. I have emailed you already with proof, and I have sent you that proof again now.

This is a very poor show on Altech's part. I am not a bad customer, I have always paid my bills and now you're treating me like I'm some second rate customer by disconnecting my services without even calling me. I was under the impression that this matter was resolved and done with. What happened?
