Hello,

I have experienced utterly poor service from Vodacom. For the past few months something has been draining my airtime with no reasonable explanation. I don't make that many calls and I'm on a wifi network most of the time when I use data.

When I went in to the Wellington branch to make an inquiry and to ask for a statement of all the deductions from my airtime, they simply said they cannot provide me with such a document. No explanation offered at all, and the only help they could offer me was "don't browse the internet when you're on your cellphone"

I have even mailed vodacom support but haven't received a response. I honestly and sincerely wish I could abandon my contract and go to another service provider. It's only the 10th of this month and I have somehow used R80 airtime already. (I have not made a lot of calls and most - if not all - are under a minute) and vodacom can't even show me exactly what is using my airtime at what time and date?

Ridiculous.
