When I upgraded to a bigger package, from the word GO I had problems with bad service. The end of October R 437.00 should of been deducted from my account on a monthly basis but instead they took R 698.00 - not cool!! They have just deducted R 911.00 from my account but did not give me the benefit of the R 513.30 credit as per their email confirmation on 21 November 2013. They recognised their mistake on different occasions but yet they did not fix it! I have been on the phone with them numerous times trying to resolve the matter, instead I was told R 911.00 is my bill for end of November. I told them if so much money goes off from my account, then I will have to reverse it as I didn't budget to pay for their mistakes. They are also not honest regarding the cap, as I let 3 gig data roll over for November but I only had the benefit of using 1 gig.
