MTN has the worst Customer Service- Call Centre!!

MTN has been my worst experience thus far with customer service, Ive been struggling for 3 days to get hold of their contract department. The phone just rings and rings, no response-I am so fed up!!! How am I suppose to resolve a query or dispute if I can freaking get hold of anyone? When I did eventually get hold of someone on day 1 I spoke to five people cause after a while the phone drops. I have to say your customer survey reached quicker than your agents ironically, your CSI must be as well in that case seeing that a person holds on that long. You people should be disgusted with your customer service, you might as well not have a call centre and just deal with these queries at your stores, thats how ineffective your call centre is. I will never deal with this network again!
