Dissapointed

My blackberry is only a few months old and is giving me problems. I took it to an MTN shop and the lady i dealt with was helpful at and wasn't really even listening to my complaint. I am very disappointed with the service that MTN offers I am a contract customer and I was told that the repairs would take 3-4 weeks and I wont get a phone for that period!!! I only have one phone, so what phone must I use while my phone is in for repairs? MTN offers one of the worst services amongst all service providers
