Appaling customer service at Sandton City branch!!

I went into Nashua Mobile Sandton City today to get a statement printed out since I have not received one from Nashua in two months. The lady who assisted me, Dikeledi was completely appalling. I would ask her a question and she wouldn't respond I had to keep asking her if her heard me. In the end I ended up being off and asked to speak to the supervisor on duty, a small indian lady who didn't even bother to apologise for her staff's appalling service. I was so off I ended up shouting at both of them Dikeledi for her rude attitude and the supervisor for even allowing such bad service. If you are not service inclined, please find another job and stop wasting people's time with your issus. I am extremely dissapointed at the service considering how much money I pay every month for my contracts!!
