Poor network and incompetent call centre

I called into the call centre to terminate my father's contract since he passed away on the 8 Nov 2013. His account is totally autonomous from mine. Sent a mail with all the relevant documentation and 2 weeks later no feedback. Thereafter, a call to 140 ended up in my contract been cancelled and my number deleted off the network. After spending 5 hours with the branch and 3 agents I finally found a skilled individual who got my number back. However, it is now prepaid and I have to go into the branch again and re-apply for my contract account. I am greatly proud that I only opted for a SIM contract since my gut told me that poor service will be coming.

The year has ended up over 20 calls been dropped. The 3G speed is snail's pace. As yet received no feedback from network engineers but receive calls from agents who ask if "it is ok now? ". I tell them no... and they say eish.
