8ta does not deliver on promises

I took a new contract: phone plus free calls to 1 landline no. i could not connect to network. After many calls i got only a ref and a promise of 72 hours. The branch got the network on & say that the no. chosen wasnt done as it had to be a home not work no. as per t&c's. the cell worked for 1 day then turned off. i took it back and told them to cancel the contract as it wasn't what i was promised. they said it would be cancelled. a week later i got a call from the branch saying it's sorted. i went in and all they had done was get the network on again and used up half my data to do so, in the meantime i went online and found a copy of original brochure and found NOWHERE does it state that your free number may not be to a business. they promised they would sort it out. it has now been 3wks & the cell has network 1 in 7 days. i need help please
