I don`t have an account with you

I asked you for a phone and you send the wrong phone when i enquired about the replacement phone no one and i mean no one from cell c could give me an answer for more than three weeks, then i told you to cancel which ever order that was still outstanding. i never signed for any account. i dont have an account, and i dont want an account with cell c.stop bothering me.your service!!!
