False advertising and lack of Product knowledge

With recent media reports about trying to save face and restore consumer confidence, Telkom has a very long way to go. Advertising this "R399 deal" with router, 5g data, FREE Dongle etc. Router installed but being told that they are out of stock of the dongles NATIONALLY indefinitely, is unacceptable. Why continue to advertise this deal knowing very well you cant supply. I call the call centre speak to Florence about the new "Game add on for R49 and told they don't actually know how it works and can't help as they waiting on their supervisor to explain to them. What an absolute lack of product knowledge. Where do you find these incompetent staff? I'm appalled? Why did I even think that Telkom changed as 5 years ago I took up an offer they had with a free handset which was also out of stock... needless to say I'm still waiting. What the was I thinking?
