On the 23rd May I upgraded a phone on my account. This was a Sony Xperia V. Within the 1st day it switched off on its own and heated up. Took it back to the Vodashop where I got it, 3 days later. I only received the phone back after 10 days to be told that there was nothing wrong with the phone. Once again I took the phone home only to experience the same problems. I took back to the Vodashop and it was sent in again. This time they say there was a problem with the phone and they would do an OBF. It took until June 20th to get the new phone. Lo and behold this phone had the exact same fault. I was told the claim would be escalated. I took it in on the morning of 25th June. I called the repair centre on fri at noon and was told they had the phone and would call me a bit later after they had processed the OBF.By 4.45 nobody had called so I called and was told they did not have the phone yet. Where is the truth. In all this time every time I have called 0821944 I have been given promises to return my call with no avail. It is now 5 weeks and no phone. Surely if this phone is giving problems it should not sold. Since this I have check on the internet and this is a problem with the V
