Still no feedback to previous complaint logged!!!

I don't even know how many complaints I have logged - this seems to be an endless problem.

My debit order is now going off - in my previous complaint I advised that initially 8ta made a typographical error on my ID number - which I hope has been corrected.

However I have been paying for almost 24 months, this does not reflect to my credit record - I had previously requested them to look into this - yet to receive an answer!

I applied for the contract to obtain a credit name - yet I don't have one.

This needs to be corrected!!!
