Once again its me and MTN. Here is the list of Problems from the WORST network ever.

And my wife has a three line contract.

With our contracts we are supposed to get Data, airtime and sms. they deliver the data on one phone but not the others. Evidently according to them its hanging on their system. Well its been hanging for a week now. we are paying for something and not getting it.

That is a breach of contract.

Then my wifes service gets cut of intermittently every now and then for no apparent reason. That is a breach of contract.

And trying to phone their Call Centre is like talking to a wall. You hold for 3 hours and then when you finally get through, they give you some story.

I would like to ask the Managing Director of MTN what type of circus he is running and inform him that his network seriously.

I have never encountered such bad service. Never in my life.

And they are actually from us, because they will make us pay for a service that we are not receiving.

Feedback on this will also probably never happen. Just like before.
