When i recently upgraded my contract i was full of praise for the staff at MTN. However, they did not upgrade my contract benefits as promised. The result; I am stuck with a data bill that puts me R400 out of pocket.
All MTN did was credit my data package for the next month.
I dont see this as being fair to me. They should readily admit their error and see fit to adjust my bill.
