Poor service from cellc

I want to complain about the very poor service cellc is offering. I had a contract with cellc which ended in July 2013, in may 2013 I sent a letter to cancel my contract but nothing was done I send proof of cancalletion on about 3 occasions and spoke to many people but nothing is done.
