Overbilling, 2nd same mistake, confusing

Good day, this is the 2nd time i am complaining at Hello Peter about the same supplier.
First time they overcharged, they changed that for 2 months after a spoke to Hello Peter.
Now all of a sudden they started there idiocy again charging R675, when it should be the smartplan R380.
Truthfully they made it R360 Smartplan as agreed in the first place. Now for 3 months a have been paying almost R1000 a month, well 1 month was over that amount, i thought i just talked to much. This is ridiculous.
Once i can understand, but twice, i have had it, they just want your money, i wonder if there is some way to cancel the contract without billing you the full amount for the remaining year and a half. Please help. Remember this is the 2nd time.
Yes I phoned so that they can tell me that.
