Online upgrade not being attended to

Somebody upgraded on my account. After sending all required documents through to Vodacom they confirmed days ago that everything is in order and that the reversal just needs to be done now. I am still awaiting the reversal to take place. The request was logged the 12th Nov. Everytime the call centre confirms that it will be done on this day and it never happens. They promise to phone me with feedback which they also dont do. I cannot believe the horrible service recieved for something that is not even in my control.
