Upgadring agreement not met

Fazel contacted me to upgrade 3 contracts in Jan. I wanted to exit all deal from CellC because of very bad customer service. He convinced me to stay and promised me an upgrade deal consisting of the following:
- same Price I currently pay on condition that I don't get new phones
- reduced minute rate
- free Data
I accepted his offer

CellC immediately increase the contract values. When I ask them why they say that Fazel did not take discounts in consideration when he offered me the upgrade. From that time I am battling to get an answer from Cell C. A lot of promises but they can't solve the issue. I offered to exit from all contracts if they cannot stick to their offer - but they can't tell me if it is possible.
