LG Optimus L9

I've phoned about all the Cell C shops in the Western Cape and gone to all the ones in my area that i did'nt phone to get my upgrade, the now seem to be famous LG Optimus L9, i was told that there is no stock, nobody can tell when it will be arriving, as they are waiting for it to be imported, and there is a waiting list from people signing for it from last month already. Now i want to know, how can you bring out new booklets with new contracts and not have sufficient stock, and when the stock arrive it will be chaos with people wanting to sign contracts and collect phones.i'm not impressed.
