No Service since 15 October. No resolution

I had an iBurst wireless account which never worked properly. Even after purchasing two aerials and getting a technician out to mount them in different positions the service was so slow it was unusable. When I called to cancel my contract I was offered a Cell C package. I accepted the offer and within 2 weeks of usage I was unable to connect to the internet because I needed to "recharge" my data (on a contract). After calling the call centre to get a bandwidth report I pointed out to them that I was well within my usage limits and that I should not have been cut off. This was escalated to their advanced team and eventually to Cell C. I've been to the head office several times to try and resolve the issue and get updates but didn't make any progress. Eventually I called the retention department to cancel my contract as I have not received the service I have been paying for. I have also not received any joy here! Only empty promises.

I just want this terrible experience to end and never deal with iBurst again!!! Please just cancel my contract!!
