NOT GIVEN A CHANGE TO READ WHAT I WAS SIGNING :(

I had a visit from a Gentle men today from Kasimira, He instructed me to sighn papers as to make arrangements for payment for xcell communication, I duly informed him that they had stopped debiting my account as the contract was paid up, That was my understanding He informed me to phone them on Friday 29th November to make arrangements, He didnt give me a chance to read the documents at about 12.00 my lunch time when i went through the documents i saw it was for a garnishee against my salary i am not paying this as i was tricked into signing documents and i have not had any communication from them in 2 and a half years for them to spring this on me is not fair where is the justice and to add insult to injury their number doesn't even ring 011 451 0400 so how do you state your case this is mmot fair at all. I will take this matter futher if they garnish my salary as i do not have any other documents or correspondence from them if i knew it was a garish order i honestly wouldnt have signed i am very upset::(
