My subscription with VOX was for a 4MB line and 1Gig data cap per month. In February 2012 they advised me that due to their systems and process improvements the monthly data cap has been increased to 5Gig at no extra cost on the monthly subscription. When I started getting monthly statements (after ongoing complaints to get these), the statements indicate that my monthly cap is 2Gig and that I was now getting billed for data usage above 2Gig pm. It has now been taking almost 3months of being sent around from pillar to post, and in spite of sending through the required information, all I hear is that their technicians are working on it. I really don't understand the difficulty in increasing the cap. While it is very easy for them to make me pay the data usage difference which I should be getting free of charge per their communication. I regard them as a dishonest and unethical organization.
