I called 8ta on 19-11-2013, regarding poor signal at my place, so far no one has come back to me about this problem.
I called again to get feed back and asked about your turn around times regarding this problem, your consultant said it's 72 hours.
It's way past that now, still you are ignoring me - clearly you have no intention of resolving my issue and yet you quick to send me SMSes about debit dates. Oh! that SMS about you being voted the best whatever that was, it's utterly nonsense - who voted anyway?

I'm bouncing your next debit it until you resolve my problem.
