CELL C AT IT AGAIN WITH ME

So on the 14:29 Mon 13 May I complained on hello peter.so guess what people cell c is at again. After all the fighting my phone was replaced. Now my phone is back there again with the same problems and including extra issues, now. I'm told they cannot fix my phone want to give me a service phone not a new one I must take a phone that is repaired and hope it will not break. And my warranty will end in Jan with that service phone, my upgrade is due in June and if I have any problems I must pay... I will not except this at all I'm without a phone.
