Poor coverage

We live less than 1 km from an MTN tower - yet I have difficulty connecting to the internet after 20:00. If I do manage to connect, the signal strength is poor. I am desperate! This has been going on for almost a year. Last year October I lodged a complaint - apparently there was a problem with the tower. But I am now sick and tired of paying for a service that I don't get!
