No Business Telephone or ADSL after "Upgrade"

On the 21st November, Telkom "upgraded" our Business Park's lines, since then we have been without ADSL and our landline is "crossed" with someone else.
We are a BUSINESS and COMMUNICATION with our clients is a necessity. Thank you for your SHOCKING service Telkom.
