Phone comes back unrepaired

I am going to take this up as high as I can. First of all this is my second complaint in 5 days. I booked in my iPhone for repairs, after 2 weeks my phone comes back unrepaired and they are going to send it back, now I have to wait another 3 weeks for my phone!!! I then lodged a complaint on Hello Peter, after a hour I got a response that said that they are sorry and I will receive a call soon. It has been a week now and still no call!!!??? I am speechless by the low level of service, the irony is that on all your tv and radio ads you are making promises that you can't live up to! I will not let this go
