As I predicted, CellC shines in their incompetence

So guess what? I wrote a Hellopeter complaint during November predicting that CellC do not care about their customers and that my phone that was sent in for repairs will come back unrepaired, and my predictions came true. When their staff members start saying "I only work here Sir", then you know it's time to look for a different service provider. If your staff members are to incompetent to inform your clients to turn off something as simple as "find my phone" on their iPhones before they book them in for repairs, just to get your phone back unrepaired and then they tell you you will be without a phone for another 2 weeks! I even had to call the shop myself to find out if my phone was back. They don't even have the decency to call me or to tell me that the phone has been returned or that the phone was not worked on. They wait until you phone them and drive all the way to the store before they inform you. CellC - I have been a customer for more than 10 years, but this means nothing to you. All you care about is getting new clients - forget about the loyal clients that kept your doors open all these years. I will tell everyone to stay away from you.
