I went into Cell C sandton because of two things, my phone was freezing and my wi-fi doesn't work. The gent who helped me was miserable but was happy to point me in the direction of the itunes store to resolved the frozen phone. He really wasn't happy to see me back for the wifi. He told me very angrily that the phone would be sent in for repairs and it takes 21 days, he wait for me to then leave. I then agreed but insisted on a loan phone, he sighed and said they don't do loan phones. Again he paused and waited for me to leave, I now demanded a loan phone, the story goes on with me guiding this gent in customer service. He eventually spoke to the assistant manager who said they would arrange me a loan phone. Which is great I have been promised a loan phone this week (not holding my breath) and I wont be changed for any repairs or service because my phone is under warranty (I'm assuming this because I haven't been told anything else). If someone at Cell C who knows about the process and customer service would like to contact me, I will be happy to test their knowledge and skills. Your product is broken, still in warranty, fix it without inconveniencing me... you sold me the bad goo
