Blackberry Internet services Not HIGH PRIORITY

I Recently Took out a new contract from Vodacom and chose a blackberry handheld. Obvious reasons to enjoy the BIS services. Since having the phone with active BIS, I cant stream videos nor can I download anything and I mean anything.

I followed up with vodacom, They answered that BIS is NOT a HIGH PRIORITY TO THEM. What the!!!

I wish I could end this contract and get cell C. Much better service with them on my cell c sim. Vodacom is a network.
