The porting (as per my first complaint) has now, at long last, been completed but, as yet, I have had no reply from Cell C's Billing Department as to a refund for the monies spent to get this rectified!!!
So now, I suppose, I will have to spend more time & money and suffer the frustration of total incompetance trying to get this sorted out!!!
Does Cell C not care about their customers complaints???
